Green Apple And Lettuce Energy Boosting Salad

Ingredients:

1 small head lettuce, tone into pieces

2 Large green Apple, Quartered, Cored, And sliced

½ lime juice

1/3 Cup sliced almonds

1/3 Cup sesame seeds (roasted)

1/2 cup Pistachios

DRESSING:

3 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

2 Tsp. Dijon Mustard

2 Tbsp. Peanut butter

1/3 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/4 tsp. Salt

¼ tsp Pepper powder

Directions:

1_Toss the apple with the lemon juice to prevent discoloration.

2_In a large serving bowl, toss together the lettuce, apple, sliced almond, sesame seeds and pistachios.

3_In a small bowl, whisk together all the dressing ingredients, then toss with the salad to coat. Serve immediately.
