Serves: 5 / Cooking time:10 to 15 minutes



4 cups Cabbage, cut into about 1″ pieces

4 sausages, chopped

1 medium onion chopped

4 Tablespoons sunflower or vegetable oil

2 cups water

3 tsp chicken stock powder or 2 Meggie chicken stock cubes

1/2 cup cooking cream

2 heaping teaspoons corn flour

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1 tsp Black Pepper powder


1_Heat frying pan and add oil. Put in the onions and stir until soft, now put in sausages, stir and cook until sausages are slightly plump.

2_ Then add Cabbage and stir fry until the cabbage wilts slightly – about 4 minutes.

3_Add in the water and chicken stock cook until the cabbage is soft. Then add salt and pepper powder.

4_Stir corn flour into the cooking cream and add into cabbage mixture and stir until it thickens. Taste and adjust pepper and salt per your taste and serve.
