Ingredients

For theyomirus bai

3 cups cooked rice, (I use haruhandoo bai)

2 medium onions. Sliced

3 stem curry leaves

7 piece pandan leaf

3 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

8 to 10 dry chilies, each cut into 3 piece

1 packet mamee noodle soup

200 grams smoked tuna, sliced into thin pieces

1/3 cup sunflower oil

For roasbis

1 medium onion, sliced

2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste

1 stem curry leaves

4 piece pandan leaves

1/2 of a scotch bonnet. Chopped (githeyomirus)

2 tablespoon roasted curry powder

2 teaspoon of lonumirus curry powder

2 tablespoon tomato paste

1/3 cup water

1/2 cup coconut milk

1 teaspoon salt

4 hardboiled eggs

3 tablespoon sunflower oil

Instruction

Theyomirus bai

1-Heat oil in a pan add onion. Curry leaves, pandan leaves and garlic fry few minutes and add dry chilly. Fry on medium heat until chilly releases its aroma.

2-Add smoked fish, again fry few minutes and add mamee soup, fry for few minutes and add rice, stir fry well and serve.

Roasbis

3-Heat oil ina pan add onion, curry leaves, pandan leave, ginger garlic paste and scotch bonnet fry until light brown. Add curry powders and tomato paste mix with the onion, pour water stir and cook few minutes

4-Add coconut milk and salt, stir to combine add boiled eggs cook few minutes and serve with theyomirusbai.
