Milo Pudding Crunch

Serves:4 / Prep time:5 minutes / Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

3 cups full cream milk

3/4 cup sugar

6 tbs. corn flour

1 cup Milo powder

50 grams unsalted butter, room temperature

Milo cereal balls

Method:

1_In a bowl mix corn flour and Milo, add half cup milk and mix well. Set aside.

2_ In a pan combine rest of milk and sugar, cook just until it simmers. Add milo and corn flour mixture into the milk mixture, Stir to combine, stir constantly until pudding coats back of a spoon. Take the pudding pan out from heat and add butter, stir until all butter is melted.

3_ Transfer Milo pudding in to a serving plate and cool completely, Chill 2 hour’s, when ready to serve add generous amount of Milo cereal on top of each pudding cup.
