Ingredients:

250 grams dark Chocolate

100 grams unsalted butter, at room temperature

1 tin nestle cream

150 grams cream cheese

2 Packet chocolate Marie Biscuits

1 cup icing sugar

11/2 cup whipping cream

1 cup warm milk

1 tsp Vanilla

Pinch of salt

Chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

Instructions:

1_Combine chocolate, nestle cream, and salt in a heat-proof bowl. Set it over a pan of simmering water just until the chocolate melts. Cool completely to room temperature. Whisk butter and vanilla essence in to this mixture mix until combined, set aside.

2_With the mixer on low speed, whip whipping cream until soft peaks, then cream cream cheese and icing sugar until no lumps, into this add the chocolate mixture and mix until everything is incorporated.  Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.

3_ Soak the biscuits in milk. Layer a bottom of a pan with soaked biscuits, next layer with chocolate mixture (about 1/2 inch high). Sprinkle chocolate chips or chopped chocolate. Follow with another layer of soaked biscuits and then the chocolate mixture and chips. Continue layering until all of chocolate mixture is over. Make sure that the top layer is chocolate mixture and chocolate chips.

4_ Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
