Serves: 4 / Prep time: 20 minutes / Cooking Time: 20 minutes



4 tbs. Olive oil

2 spring curry leaves

3 cloves of garlic, chopped

1 medium onion, chopped

½ of fresh chilly ( githeyo mirus)

180 grams Valhomas ( sliced)

100 grams Sundried tomato, chopped

21/2 tsp. Chicken stock

11/2 tsp. Chilli paste

200 grams spaghetti (boiled in salted water)


1_ Heat oil in a medium pan or in a wok, when heated add curry leaves and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.

2_ Add garlic and saute for 2 minutes, then add onion and fresh chilly, saute until onion gets soft.

3_ Put valhomas(smoked tuna) into the onion mixture and fry for 3 minutes then  add chopped sun dried tomatoes, fry 3 minutes, add chilly paste and chicken stock, mix well.

4_Pour the boiled and drained pasta into the onion valhomas mixture, mix well, serve immediately. Enjoy!
