For the sauce

5 tablespoon of oil

1 small onion, chopped

4 garlic finely chopped

2 to 3 tablespoon lonumirus paste

1 tablespoon light soy sauce

1 teaspoon sugar

1 tablespoon vinegar

2 tablespoon tomato paste

1/4 cup tomato sauce

1 packet noodle soup


1 packet noodles

1 cup boiling water

To make lonumirus sauce noodles

1/3 cup julienne cut carrot,

1/3 cup julienne cut bell pepper

½ cup sliced smoked tuna (Valhomas)


1-Empty noodles into a bowl. Pour boiling water all over the noodles. Cover with plastic wrap or cling film. Set aside.

To cook lonumirus sauce

2-Into a small saucepan add oil and heat, add onion and garlic sauté until onion is soft. Add lonumirus paste, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, tomato paste and noodles soup. Mix everything and cook 2 to 3 minutes. Set aside.

3- Unwrap plastic wrap from noodles bowl, fluff noodles using a folk. If extra water remains in the bottom just drain it.

4- Add carrot, bell pepper, smoked tuna and pour lonumirus sauce on top and mix everything with noodles. Serve immediately.
