Serves: 3 to 4   /    Prep time: 15 minutes


1 big onion, sliced

12 curry leaves, chopped

1/2 of scotch bonnet, chopped

1 lime

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/3 C rihaakuru (fish paste)

3/4 C shredded coconut

200 – 250 grams coarse faaroshi (coarse bread crumbs)


1-In to a bowl add onion, curry leaves, scotch bonnet and salt, squeeze lime juice and crush the onion mixture to release its flavor.

2-Add coconut and rihaakuru mix everything to combine completely.

3-Now add bread crumb and again mix well. Taste and adjust the taste.
