Makes: 10 sandwich biscuits / Prep time: 10 minutes



20 Ladyfinger biscuits

2 tbsp. cocoa powder

Tiramisu Frosting


70 grams cream cheese

20 grams butter

1/2 tsp. vanilla

1 cup icing sugar, shifted

1 tbsp.  strong cooled coffee

1/2 cup whipping cream


1_ In a large bowl combine cream cheese, butter, coffee and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in icing.

2_In a separate bowl beat whipping cream to stiff peaks. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese frosting. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

3_ Using a piping bag attached with star tip, pipe tiramisu frosting on the smooth side of ten ladyfinger biscuits, sandwich with another ten biscuits. Sprinkle cocoa powder and serve.
