Ingredients
5 sausages
1 medium onion, sliced
6 curry leafs
4 piece 2 inch pandan leaf pieces
2 Capsicum, cut into small pieces
2 garlic clove
3 dry chilly, each cut into two
1 tbs. Soya Sauce
1/4 cup + 2tbs. Tomato sauce
3 tbs. chilly & garlic sauce
1 tbs. lonumirus curry or chilly powder
½ tsp. salt
5 tbs. vegetable oil
Method
- Cut the sausage into small pieces.
- Heat four table spoon oil in a pan. Add the sausage and saute till they turn brown. When sausages turn brown take onto a plate lined with kitchen towel or a tissue paper.
- In the same pan, add onion, pandan leaf, curry leaf and capsicum, saute until soft, grate garlic into the onion mixture again saute 1 to 2 minutes add dry chilly and mix.
- Add soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilli & garlic sauce, mix well and add fried sausages mix and season with salt. Serve hot with roshi or rice. Enjoy!!!
