Serves: 3 / Cooking time: 20 minutes
2 garlics, chopped
1/2 of a small onion, chopped
150 grams boneless chicken, cut into small cubes
300 ml evaporated milk
5 tbsp. parmesan cheese
3 egg yolks
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
200 grams Spaghetti cooked in salted boiling water
3 tbsp. sunflower or Olive oil
1_ Into a bowl add evaporated milk, egg yolks and three table spoon parmesan cheese, mix and set aside.
2_ Heat oil in a sauce pan add garlic and onion, saute until soft. Add the chicken and cook until chicken gets brownish color.
3_ Now add the evaporated milk mixture, salt and pepper, cook until cream gets very thick.
4_ Add cooked spaghetti and toss. Serve hot with the remaining Parmesan sprinkled on top.
