1 chicken breasts boiled shredded and fluffed chicken

170 grams cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp. mustard

1 Tbsp. paprika

2 tomatoes, chopped

1 small onion chopped

1 cup chopped lettuce

4 burger buns

4 slice cheese

1/2tsp.pepper powder

1/3tsp. salt

3tbsp.sunflower oil


1_In a nonstick sauce pan heat oil, add fluffed chicken and roast until slightly brown. Set aside

2_In a large bowl cream cream cheese, add mayonnaise, mustard and paprika, mix well, add onion, tomato, lettuce, salt and pepper to taste, Mix well.

3_Cut each burger bun in half, divide the cream cheese mixture into four portion and spread on top of bottom burger bun half. Then add generous amount of fluffed chicken, top with a slice cheese and close with the top half of burger bun. Secure with a tooth pick.

4_ Bake at 180 C for 10 minutes and serve hot. .
