Ingredients

8 Bread slices (remove edges if you wish)

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

50 grams Butter

2 lettuce leaves or Salad leaves

2 Tomatoes sliced

1 Cucumber sliced

For Chicken Marinate

1 Chicken breast (Julian cut)

2 tbsp. Roasted curry powder

1 tsp. chilly powder

1 tbs. tomato paste

2 tbs. plain Yogurt

1 tbsp. Ginger garlic paste

1 tsp salt

½ tsp. Black pepper

Oil 2 tbsp

For Omelette

2 Eggs

Salt & black pepper for seasoning

Oil for frying

Instructions

For Chicken

1_Marinade chicken with all marinates ingredients other than oil.  Leave it for 15 minutes.

2_Heat oil and cook chicken until tender. Set aside to cool.

For Omelet

3_ Beat eggs with salt and black pepper. Heat oil in a flat pan and make an omelet. Take onto a plate and divide into 4 portions.

Assembling

4_Grill or toast the bread slices. Apply mayonnaise to one side and butter on other side.

5_Put chicken mixture on one bread slice, cover it with another bread slice (mayonnaise and butter side inside).

5_Put tomato, cucumber slices and lettuce cover with third bread slice.

6_ Put 2 portions of omelet cover with fourth bread slice (mayonnaise side down).

7_Press gently all bread slices and cut in sandwich shape. Insert tooth pick in center of each club sandwich and serve with French fries, even with some salad.
