Serves: 7 / Prep time: 15 minutes / Baking time: 45 minutes


300 ml of milk

11/3 cups Oats, ground into powder

80 ml of sunflower oil

210 grams dates

2 eggs

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

1 teaspoon Vinegar

1/4 cup Kanamadu, each split into two


1-Blend milk and dates into a fine paste. Add eggs, baking powder. Vanilla, cinnamon, oil and vinegar again blend to mix everything. Add oats flour mix.

2-Transfer batter into a 6 inch baking tray, Sprinkle kanamadu on top.

3-Bake in a 180c pre heated oven for 45 minutes.
