484 grams grated dhandialuvi
484 grams gabulhi huni
464 grams sugar
3 tablespoon rosewater or 1/2 cup jasmine flower infused water
1-Mix first three ingredients, put into a food processor and process until smooth or grind in a grinder until mixture is smooth.
2-Mix rosewater into batter, prepare an eight inch cake tray by lining the bottom with aluminum foil.
3-Transfer dhandialuvi boakiba batter into prepared pan and bake at 180 c for forty five minutes to one, when a toothpick inserted into middle of boakiba it should come clean.
