Serves: 6 – 7 / Preptime: 30 min / Baking time 20 – 40 min



1 can (395grams) + 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk

4 eggs

110 grams all-purpose flour

2 tbsp. corn flour

1 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. vanilla essence

50 grams unsalted butter, melted and cooled

Icing sugar, for dusting


1_ Preheat the oven to 160º C, generously butter a 8inch cake pan.

2_ Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and beat well until all ingredients are mixed well. Pour the batter into prepared pan.

3_ Bake for 20 minutes, or until A toothpick or a skewer inserted in the center of cake comes out clean. Remove from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool completely before removing from the cake pan.

4_ Dust the cake with icing sugar before serving.
