Ingredients 1

200 grams grated or chopped cheddar cheese

130 ml milk

40 grams unsalted butter

1/4 cup corn flour

1/4 cup all purpose flour.

Ingredient 3

4 egg yolks

Ingredients 4

4 egg whites

1 cup sugar (grounded)

Ingredient 5

6 to 7 tbs. Strawberry Jam

For Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

Fresh Strawberries (35 to 40)

200 grams Chocolate melted


1_ Pre heat oven to 170° C, line bottom and sides of a 7 inch baking pan with aluminum foil(if using a spring form pan or a loose bottom no need to line sides).

2_ Double boil all ingredients in 1. Keep stirring constantly until all cheese is melted. Let this mixture cool little bit.

3_ Shift ingredients in 2 into the cheese mixture. Stir smooth until no lumps.

4_ Mix ingredients in 3, Set aside after mixing well.

5_  In a clean dry bowl beat egg whites until fluffy, gradually start adding sugar little by little, until all sugar is blended and the egg whites reach to soft peak stage.

6_ Take 3/4  of egg whites and fold into the yellow better, like this fold the rest of egg whites in 3 batches.

7_ Pour batter in steam bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until cake top is slightly browned.

8_ When baked cool cake completely and chill 1 hour.

To Assemble cake

Blend strawberry jam using a spoon until smooth, spread jam on top of the cake.

Dip each strawberry in chocolate and arrange on cake. Serve immediately …
